What is the AOCOPM?

The American Osteopathic College of Occupational & Preventive Medicine (AOCOPM) is the national osteopathic medical specialty college for preventive medicine physicians and consists of three divisions of population-based medicine:  Aerospace & Hyperbaric medicine, Occupational & Environmental medicine and Public Health & General Preventive medicine.  The College aims to provide quality continuing medical education and professional development, leadership, and networking opportunities for its members. 

Why should you exhibit?

• OPAM Workshop: Medical Review Officer Course.  Toxicology Testing and the MRO: A Physician’s Role in the Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse; March 17-18, 2023. 
• OPAM Workshop: DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners' Course, March 18-19, 2023.  

Exhibit Timeline

• Setup: Thursday, March 16, 2023, 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM
• Exhibit Hours:  Friday and Saturday, March 17 and 18 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Teardown:  Saturday 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Exhibitor Information

• Reduced fees are available to Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, residency programs, and small companies. Email ronda@aocopm with request for Discount.
• Basic exhibit space is a draped six-foot table and chair. If other items are needed (8-ft table, electricity drop, internet connectivity, etc.) please call hotel to arrange. Charges may apply.
• Speaker grants, support of food functions, and support of other conference expenses are available.  Some are listed in the online form; others may be discussed with Jeffrey LeBoeuf in the AOCOPM office to ensure compliance with PhRMA and regulatory guidelines. • Electricity, Video, etc.:  Encore Event Services at Marriott
  
• The exhibit space will be locked for security during non-staffed times. Call for special security needs.

Hotel Information

• Book your room at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza from $159.00 per night, government rate $124 per night.
• The last day to book at the group rate is Monday, February 22, 2023.
